my topping is a disaster!!! haha! i should have just made my favorite icing sugar topping.
i love the icing sugar topping and i can make it better

but i know she likes cooking chocolate topping.
and i am not expert with it *sigh*
i think it is because while i was stirring the chocolate, some of the double boil water flowed into the pot of the choc. that's why it is not creamy enough. somehow, i managed to cover the flaws by sprinkling roasted sliced almonds! yeay!
*and thank God it tastes yummy! =)
